Here’s a collection of photos from a job this past weekend  for a “First Day of Fall” wedding in Minnetonka, Minnesota. And Here is one from the weekend before out in Lake City, MN.

Lovelo Beauty: Before and After Silk Eyelash Extension Photos

Hope you all are having a great week. Today I wanted to post some recent before and after photos of silk eyelashes. Remember, when having eyelash extensions applied you should be able to express how thick or full you want them to be, if you want them to look natural or dramatic and your desired length.

For some who have tried lash growth serums, this may be a better option for you because it is instant, and there is no need to apply mascara. With eyelash extensions  you do not need to curl or tint, or spend a lot of time with them. The less you do , the better!

How Eyelash Extensions are Applied and Why Choose Lovelo Beauty?

Hey Guys!

I wanted post some information for you all today about how eyelash extensions are applied. I have had many questions about the application process even from my own clients who have never seen it done before. If you are considering having eyelash extensions done, this may also help you to see what a typical appointment is like.

**I just want to note that I trained through LAVISH LASHES. This video is provided on Youtube from xtreme lashes but it is not the exact company I trained with. That being said, this was the best video I could find online that displayed the procedure closest to what I do for my clients. 

I should also note that every place may have a little bit of a different technique, but you shouldALWAYS be laying down, you should ALWAYS have something placed underneath the eye on the lower lash line to keep the bottom lashes separate and your provider should ALWAYS be isolating one lash by one lash. Here is the video:

*** When looking for a service provider make sure they are certified and trained in lash extensions. Also, make sure you ask to see samples of their work first. You do not want to take risks with your eyes.  Make sure you go to someone who has had plenty of practice and knows the safety precautions.

Yersterday, with some spare time I had I put together a lash board with a collage of some of my work. I titled it “Lashes by Lauren” (hence the title of this post and what I am going to call my lash extensions when I post before and after photos).

July Wedding in Stillwater,MN and Eyelash Extensions Before and After

Hey Everyone!

 

I wanted to give you an inside look at my job. I absolutely feel blessed to do what I do, and work in the beauty industry. It’s fun! Here is a peek and my lashes and makeup work from last week.

This past weekend, I got the opportunity to do makeup for a beautiful bride and some of her fabulous friends and family in Stillwater, MN. I absolutely love doing makeup for such a special day!

The hotel room that we got the girls ready in was so adorable in downtown Stillwater. It had a very pretty vintage look with a picture window which was perfect for all of my makeup to be sprawled out across. Here are a few pictures of my  make up set up.
