Sigma Expert Brow ~Brow Design Kit

Hey Guys!

One of my favorite tools for brows right now is the Sigma Expert Brow- Brow Design Kit. I mentioned it in December when I was doing gift guides, but I wanted to make a video showing you exactly what’s in the kit , and what everything is used for.

A Gift For Those That Want Beautiful Brows

Hey Guys!

On the 4th day of Christmas, may I suggest the gift of brows! If you have been wondering what to use for your eyebrows,  because some suggest a powder, some use a pencil, some use a gel; Sigma’s Brow Design Kit has it all! It will contain everything you need to create perfect brows for you!

I have been using this kit everyday since I got it. And, not just because it’s new. I’ve been using it because it has EVERYTHING I could possibly need for my brows. It contains:

• A tweezer
• A small scissor
• Brow Stencils (for shaping your brows if you don’t already have the shape you desire)
• A Brow pencil with two different shades
• A Brow pencil (one side white, one shimmery) to apply under your brow
• A Pencil Sharpener
• 5 Shades of brow shadow. I use the lightest shade or the middle shade.
• Brow gel in clear, brow gel in light brown
• An angled brush and spooli brush for combing brows and applying brow shadow.

So, this kit really has it all. The price is $69. Sigma has excellent customer service, fast shipping, pretty packaging, and  they are based out of Minneapolis!!

I’ve always been impressed with Sigma’s products, and prices. I would also suggest the Paris Palette which is Limited Edition, but contains, 8 eye shadows and 3 blushes. You can get it right now for $49.  A great gift for a makeup lover.

Eyebrow Tips- Brow Shaping

When eyebrows are done well, they can change the look of someone’s face. They can transform an eye look to be more dramatic or more natural , and they give the face a more structured look. 

I remember when I was young, everyone thought thin eyebrows were cool, now thicker , full eyebrows are in. No matter what type you have, here are some tricks and tips I have for grooming your brows. This is the regular routine I use when filling in my eyebrows. I hope you enjoy this video.

Optimism and Courage…

Hey Guys!

So, I told you I had a story for you. Well, it’s more like a message I wanted to share with all of you.

It starts like this; I met a lady the other day and she shared with me that she had cancer. She  told me she had just finished recieving chemo and had no hair, no eyebrows, no eyelashes. She came to me to do her eye makeup, and put on false eyelashes.

The first thing I noticed about this woman was her chipperness. She was so happy, and kind, and on a day that I felt a little down myself, she cheered ME up. She was so friendly and warm. In no way did the absense of her hair, or her illness seem to affect her.

Long story short, we chatted while I did her makeup. When she looked in the mirror , she started getting tears in her eyes and just said, “you are amazing.” I said back to her “ YOU are amazing.” I told her how much I appreciated her sharing her story with me and how her attitude and positivity affected me that day.

 She said her husband would look at her in awe and that she felt so amazing and beautiful. She told me I made her day…and I told her that SHE MADE MINE.

 It was truly meant to be that I met her that day. Because, I needed a reminder to be thankful for all the things I have and the blessings in my life. I needed a reminder not to let the little things get me down . She was a blessing.

That is what I wanted to share with all of you. A really optimistic attitude full of positivity can really make an impact on someone. Always be thankful for what you have , your eyebrows, your eyelashes , your hair… etc. Don’t let the little things weigh you down.

Sorry, Bear’s tail got in the photo. But, this will be a much more sufficient way of storing my jewlery …plus it’ll make me remember what I have!
