I leave for Africa in less than a week. I can’t believe how close it’s getting. It will be very exciting to write about my experience and share photos with all of you. Hopefully you are following along so you don’t miss a thing when I post new things.
I was wondering… have any of you ever gone on a detox or in other words a “body cleanse?” They had always interested me as I had heard many positives things about doing a cleanse; such as:
- Improves overall health and vitality
- Improves digestion
- Increases energy
- Can cause you to shed weight due to toxins built up
- Decreases risk of disease and chronic health conditions
- Feel lighter and more awake
Doesn’t that sound good to everyone?! Well, I have caved in and started a cleanse. I have always thought about trying one just to see if it really does what it says and makes me feel healthier. So, the one I started 2 days ago is called the GliSODin Skin Advanced Detoxification Formula. It consists of 15 days worth of packets that you mix in 250 ml of water morning and night. Total there are 30 packets of detoxification mixture.
So far, I’m feeling “cleaner” overall and I’ve gotten 2 compliments on how good my skin looked. It’s only been 2 days, but 2 very good days. I’ll keep you posted.
But, I’d like to know, have you tried a cleanse???
